Rack Pull: 505 x 1 x 5--Felt weak and I still suck at the lockout.
2 hands anyhow with 2x 32kg kbs. 3 per arm, felt good.
One arm snatch w/ 32kg kb alternating every 5 for 2:00

Squat like me? Look at this stuff. I am a one trick pony while you could do anything from horseback riding to competitive eating.
Squatting just puts me in a good mood and I have needed it to get through my days at work lately.
