Erik brought his new toy over today and we had some fun doing some strong man stuff.
"Atlas stone" Clean and Press
Clean and zercher squat
clean and shoulder squat
shoulder and carry
worked our way up to about 75 kilos.
If you have a worthless old barbell take off one of the collars and you instantly have a way to work atlas stone lifting
A few short clips of the workout.
Afterward worked some pullups and extra grip work, but to be honest, after all the "stone" lifting, I was toasted.
