Sledgehammer levering/one-arm casts.
Alternating:
2 TGU's/side
10 high pulls/side
rest 1:00
10 sets--used a 40kg kb for both
Then Conditioning:
:20 work
:10 rest
20 minutes.
Simple. Brutal. Effective.
--a side note, that rope is 2" diameter, 50' long. RIDICULOUS.
