:15 work/:15 rest
24kg Kettlebell, 8 reps per set
15 minutes.
Ouch.
Very ouch.
Bent 15 easy bars later. Went for speed, best was bending a nail in 5 seconds, speed kills.
More OAC training to come.

That looks like MaxVO2 to me .. its exactly what I have been doing for the last month except I can only go for 10 minutes (20 sets) instead of your 30 sets.
