Max Shank is an athlete who plays a wide variety of sports ranging from tennis to Brazilian jiu-jitsu to gymnastics. He likes to focus on strength training that will translate well into real-life or sport situations. Max believes in the importance of high intensity conditioning beyond traditional cardio, which is a powerful tool for fat loss as well as general physical preparedness. Max holds a personal training certification through NFPT, a kettlebell certification through RKC as well as an IKFF Certified CKT. He continually researches the latest health and fitness information to learn more about all aspects of physical fitness so that he can employ the most effective training program for all of his clients.
