Double Swing: double 48's x 10 x 5
Then rolled BJJ
Saturday:
Stones at the beach;
Loading
Overhead presses
Lots of Throws (front and back)
Finished with some carries for distance and a sprint.
Toasted, went pretty heavy with the stones today.
