8:00 of the circuit
Sandbag Clean x 2
Sandbag Carry x 80ft
Sandbag Zercher Squat x 5
Sandbag Carry x 80ft
Jump rope for active recovery
Repeat
Then rolled BJJ for an hour and a half.
Now THAT'S a smoker!
