10 renegade rows
10 double swings
10 jerks
10 burpees
rest
repeat 2 times with about 2 minutes rest between rounds. Simple enough right?

That is some sick stuff!
In the last 2 months Ive been fighting with frustrating plateus and healing a lame left shoulder, But you've been getting stronger by the day! This really motivates me!
