I started with 5 on the minute and then pushed a little harder toward the end to finish in a little under 18 minutes.
Later in the day ran sprints barefoot
10 x 80m
then Hit the heavy bag for 30 minutes
Good day, going to take the lifting easy tomorrow and focus on striking.
