Training from yesterday
Warmed up with barbell power snatches and overhead squats.
Also did some high box jumps and pistols.

Ring Pushup

60lbs x 10
60lbs + Purple JS x 8, 8, 7

Double Snatch
32kg x 5 x 5

Squat Jump for max height x 10
Battling Ropes x 45 seconds
x 5 rounds

Felt awesome. Really happy with pullups and pushups.
