LCCJ: 2x24kgs 2min @12rpm x 3 sets
Litvinov Hill Sprints: double 28kg snatch x 8 followed by 75m hill sprint x 3 sets
finished with some extra hill sprints.

i got A steel worker friend of mine to make me my beast sledge hammer, it has a 32" long, 2.5" thick handle, and total weight is 56lbs! It is really hard work but after only 4 sessions with my wrist strength has increased, it is also very good for support grip endurance has the handle taxes the grip
