Simple but not easy

Training today was pretty basic:

Front Squat
225x10
275x5
315x3 x 3

Weighted pullup
40kg x 1 x 5
48kg failed---wasn't feeling strong, no worries.

conditioning:
10 rounds with double 28kg kb's
5 high pulls
5 burpees
10 plyo lunges
25 double unders
