I took 4 days of last week and began cycling back up from the 32's at the mo and I'm able to press a pair of 35's for a 7 rep max so things are getting back to where they should be..
Funny u mention the clean for ages now my clean groove has felt odd.

On a good note my pullups and gripper work is really going well and maybe even taking more than i think out of me. I did a 4 rep max with a beast!

That book you ripped is sick! u may have a future in the ripping arts! I know the top books kill 2000 page books and u are not to far off! Sick!
