Went to the Gold Metal Gym (aka Erik's garage) today for some squatting.
I think I learned some things about myself. I can get pressured into doing a 20 rep suicide set with a small application of peer pressure, and my form is better when there are people around. who knew?
then we finished with some 20 rep back squats
225 on the bar, no stopping, 20 reps.
finished the day with some sled pulls (my new toy, pictures and article soon)
don't know what walking is going to feel like tomorrow...
Shut up and Squat.
