Rack Pulled from just above the knee today:

Did a few more anyhows for video:


finished up with 8 rounds of:
5 double snatch w/ 28kg kbs
5 one arm C+Push Press w/ 40kg kb
5 burpees
Every 2 minutes for 16 minutes (each round took about 1:00-1:15)
